Pricing depends on how many transactions run through your business each month. The more volume, the more work each month takes. Our AI-assisted system does the first pass and a real accountant reviews every transaction, so cleanup that takes others months is done in weeks.

Cleanup is half price when you start monthly bookkeeping service. Monthly engagements begin at $650, with final scope based on complexity.
Minimum engagement is $625. Smaller rescues are welcome; they simply start there.
Every quote is confirmed in writing first. Aya reviews your actual books for free before naming your final flat price, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
On-time guarantee. Books up to six months behind are finished within 14 business days, plus one business day for each additional month. If that deadline is missed, a $650 credit is applied to ongoing bookkeeping service.
Tax filing stays with your tax preparer. The deliverable is clean, filing-ready books your CPA can work from directly.
